The year 2019 is almost over again.

Do you also feel like that always happens so incredibly fast?

And do you sometimes wonder what you’ve actually done in this year?

I think far too often we just live from year to year without really realizing how far we’ve come. We underestimate how much we can achieve in 12 months.

And if you know one of my first bog posts about the joy of fulfillment in setting goals, then you know how important I think it’s not only to chase from goal to goal, but also to stop, look back and just be proud of yourself.

I know that in our performance-oriented society this is sometimes hard, but to prevent burnout, it’s so important to lean back from time to time and just be satisfied. Maybe you have heard that the neurotransmitter dopamine controls our inner drive and is released when something good happens unexpectedly, but did you also know that another neurotransmitter called serotonin is released as a reward after positive experiences? So the two happiness makers work together perfectly and focus your attention on the things that feel good for you.

So let’s make the most of the holidays and take a long bath in serotonin!

I have a little christmas gift for you:
I’ve collected some questions that will help you reflect on 2019 and give you some ideas for 2020.
Do yourself a favor and take your time for this. I think you’ll need it 🙂

I invite you to give yourself a gift, print the PDF and answer the questions openly, honestly and lovingly.
Of course, you are also very welcome to give these questions to others.

-> Giving away welcomed! 🙂

I wish you all a wonderful, peaceful Christmas season!

Tara
